Better Future For Pakistan (BFFP)
Better Future For Pakistan (BFFP) is a registered profitable services providing organization committed to transparency and accountability in all our operations, including donations and program fees. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds or cancellations may be considered
1. Donations
- All donations made to BFFP are voluntary and non-refundable.
- Refunds will only be considered in cases of:
- Duplicate transactions
- Technical errors in payment processing
- Unauthorized transactions reported by the donor
- Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 working days of the transaction by contacting finance@bffp.org.pk.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 working days, subject to payment gateway timelines.
2. Program/Training Fees (if applicable)
- Some vocational training or workshops may require registration fees.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the program start date to qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program may only be eligible for a partial refund (administrative charges may apply).
- Once a program has started, no refunds will be issued.
3. Event Sponsorships & CSR Contributions
- Sponsorships or CSR support agreements with BFFP are binding and non-refundable, except in cases of mutually agreed cancellations.
Any adjustments will be handled through formal written agreements between BFFP and the sponsoring organization.
4. Cancellations by BFFP
- If BFFP cancels or postpones a training, workshop, or event, registered participants will be:
- Offered a full refund of any fees paid, OR
- Given the option to transfer registration to a future session.
