1. Donations

• All donations made to BFFP are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be considered in cases of:
  • Duplicate transactions
  • Technical errors in payment processing
  • Unauthorized transactions reported by the donor
• Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 working days of the transaction by contacting finance@bffp.org.pk.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 working days, subject to payment gateway timelines.
  

  
  2. Program/Training Fees (if applicable)

• Some vocational training or workshops may require registration fees.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the program start date to qualify for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program may only be eligible for a partial refund (administrative charges may apply).
• Once a program has started, no refunds will be issued.
  

  3. Event Sponsorships & CSR Contributions

• Sponsorships or CSR support agreements with BFFP are binding and non-refundable, except in cases of mutually agreed cancellations.

Any adjustments will be handled through formal written agreements between BFFP and the sponsoring organization.

       4. Cancellations by BFFP

• If BFFP cancels or postpones a training, workshop, or event, registered participants will be:
  • Offered a full refund of any fees paid, OR
  • Given the option to transfer registration to a future session.
